For nearly ten years Laetitia Casta is one of the most sought after models in the world. Meanwhile she is well-known also as an actress. Jessica Schwarz  spoke with Laetitia Casta in the on-line interview about her new film "Rue of the Plaisirs" and their role in the life as a mother and model.

Jessica Schwarz: I welcome Laetitia Casta with me in the studio. Laetitia, you belong to the absolute model elite and besides that make yourself in two and a half years a name in the film branch. In October last year you brought a daughter to the world. Are you simply a luck mushroom, or will you give us a prescription of the success?

Laetitia Casta: Actually I do not belong at all to the model elite.  I began in a small agency, and then I worked as Freelancer. Yes, I brought a daughter to the world in the last year. I do not believe that I have more luck than other people, I simply pack my luck  on.

Jessica Schwarz: What changed in your life after the birth of the daughter?

Laetitia Casta: That is a very personal question. I believe, such an event change the life of every woman.

Jessica Schwarz: In your new film "Rue of the Plaisirs" it goes around four prostitutes in a brothel of the 40's. In this film you also sing , for you fun?

Laetitia Casta: The film tells history of a prostitute, who falls in love with a man. It concerns in finding the prince for life. A very charming history.

Jessica Schwarz: Was your singing  in the film a trip into a new world?

Laetitia Casta: Singing made fun for me, but I would not  like to be put into a category: model, singer or actress, at last me. We will see what the future brings.

Jessica Schwarz: I read recently that you want to dedicate yourselves gladly more to artistic projects. Into which direction do you want to go?

Laetitia Casta: I would like to work very gladly on creative projects, so far I always worked creatively, and which I would like to continue in any case. In order to receive a good photo, one must be versed with many other things, for example one must be conscious over the influence of the light. That is for me creativity. I think, a photo for example is not only to look simply beautiful, it is also to obtain emotions. One can often develop an explaining further of emotions in a kind of play-thing. After a shooting it is sometimes difficult to somewhat find the way back again into the reality.

Jessica Schwarz: Is there a director, with whom you would gladly work together with?

Laetitia Casta: There is no certain person, whom I absolutely would like to work once together with, it is however many films, which impressed me very much. For me the personal history of humans is most important in a film.

Jessica Schwarz: We are with the "Wetten Dass" (bets that!), broadcast  have you bet before?

Laetitia Casta: Oh, (laughs) . I constantly do that.
